Craig Elliot Stephens, Architect, is a full service firm offering professional services in architectural design, construction and construction management.

Craig Elliot Stephens, a licensed architect with experience in design and production, founded the firm. He is also a licensed general contractor.

Allan F. Dietel, AIA is Mr. Stephens' senior associate architect. Mr. Dietel is a licensed architect who has worked on projects ranging in size from residential remodels to an international airline terminal and a branch of the Federal Reserve Bank.

Together, the principal architects and their associates are capable of offering clients a complete package of services from pre-design through completion of construction.

SERVICES

Craig Elliot Stephens, Architect, offers the following professional services:

Architectural Design:  Complete design services from pre-design through design development.  Basic design services include program and budget analysis, site analysis, massing studies, code analysis, engineering studies, preliminary plans and outline specifications.

Architectural Production:  Preparation of contract documents including working drawings prepared on CAD, specifications, an estimate of the probable construction cost and complete engineering services for civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering and landscape architecture.

Construction Administration:  On-site representation of the client, responding to the contractor’s requests for information, shop drawing review, change order review, payment request analysis and approval, punch lists and record drawings.
